Description:
Every church is guided by an underlying philosophy that is either spoken or unspoken. It is important to realize that developing a philosophy of ministry is the key to keeping a new church focused on its main objectives. It creates a filter to answer all new ideas (good and bad) that people want to see happen in your church.
Homework:
- In the Forum, post and explain three areas of your philosophy of ministry that you feel are most important to have nailed down before you plant and respond to the posts of others.
- In the Forum, post a review of what you learned from chapters 5-10 of Launch: Starting a New Church from Scratch by Nelson Searcy & Kerrick Thomas.
