Having a strategy for community engagement is essential to maintaining the mission of the church. People in the community will always for their opinion of the church by how it functions within the area it is located. Once you understand the people you are trying to reach and the domains that are in need of transformation, a clear strategy for community engagement should emerge. This class will help you develop a clear strategy to engage your community.
Homework:
- In the Forum, post your initial strategy for community engagement. This strategy should build on your identification of your target group and domain strategy. Be sure to comment on other posts as well and give constructive feedback.
