About LAUNCH
LAUNCH is a nine-month residency program designed to help church planters develop the thinking and skill sets necessary to plant churches through prayer, compassionate ministry and kingdom advancing church planting.
Vision
The vision of LAUNCH is to develop values and best-practices that knit society together at the grass-roots level to bring forth signs of restoration.
Mission
The mission of LAUNCH is to cast a vision of restoration to leadership within domains of cities.
How it is different
LAUNCH is a maximizing school.
It does not focus on developing new leaders. Instead, it focuses on maximizing the ability of leaders who are already demonstrating leadership in the lives of others.
LAUNCH is relational.
Leaders need to be able to rub shoulders with other leaders to grow and be challenged. Launch is not just designed to communicate information that will create a successful church. Instead, it puts leaders in discussion based environments that facilitate a leadership community that extends beyond the classes themselves.
LAUNCH is evolving.
Launch is taught be practitioners who are actively engaged in the church planting process. Therefore, the information is always fresh and right from the context of a church that is actively being planted in the community. This aspect keeps LAUNCH from becoming an outdated process, but a constantly evolving system of best-practices for transforming communities through church planting.
Curriculum
LAUNCH allows anyone to access the curriculum from the website. As more leaders go through LAUNCH and plant churches, there will be more best-practices that will come back to the site keeping the information fresh and applicable to reaching today's culture. Click here to view the reading list.
